This is Rebecca Lisk Bruce, my maternal 2nd great grandmother. She was born in Lockeport, Nova Scotia May 2, 1829 and died in Gloucester, Massachusetts of Bright's Disease April 10, 1916. Her death certificate information, given by her husband, Peter John Bruce, says her father was Isaac Lisk and that her mother was a Latham. I have yet to make this connection. The photograph is in remarkably good condition.
